The planner uses a weighted task score. It ranks tasks before assigning time blocks.
Planner Score = ((Priority × 3) + (Deadline × 2) + (Impact × 2) + Energy + Complexity + Focus) × 10 ÷ (1 + Duration ÷ 120) − (Break × 0.10)
Higher scores move important tasks earlier. Longer tasks still rank well, but time pressure reduces score slightly. Break time lowers the score a little because it consumes available work capacity.
Enter your planner date and workday range first. Add the number of task rows you need. Fill each row with task name, duration, priority, energy need, complexity, deadline, focus level, impact score, and break time. Submit the form to build the planned schedule. The result appears above the form and below the header. You can then review task order, start time, end time, utilization rate, and completion estimate. Use the export buttons to save the report as CSV or PDF.
A daily task planner app calculator helps you organize work with better timing. It turns a random task list into a structured plan. You can see what deserves attention first. You can also estimate when your day may actually end.
Many tasks look equal at first glance. They are not equal in real work. Some need more energy. Some have close deadlines. Some create stronger results. This planner compares these factors and gives each task a weighted score.
Focused work needs protected time. Quick tasks also need space. This planner helps divide both kinds of work. Deep tasks can be placed earlier. Light tasks can fit between larger blocks. That makes your schedule more practical.
When tasks are not ranked well, deadlines slip. This tool helps surface urgent work fast. You can review completion time, total break time, and daily utilization. That gives you a better view of workload pressure.
